If you choose to sign in via Google Sign-In / Firebase Authentication (for cloud sync features), we may collect your email address, display name, and unique user ID. Account creation is optional; you can use the core features of the app without signing in.

We may collect non-personal and diagnostic information automatically through third-party services, including:

Device identifiers (Advertising ID, Android ID, Firebase installation ID)
Device type, model, and operating system version
App performance, usage statistics, and crash logs
In-app purchase and subscription status

2. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with trusted third-party SDKs to provide essential features, advertising, and analytics:

Google AdMob & Meta Audience Network: Used to display advertisements. They may use device identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on user consent.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

Users have the right to request the complete deletion of their account and all associated data at any time.

Steps to request deletion:

Send an email to anastasiosmeresentzes@gmail.com.
Use the subject line: Ειδήσεις Τώρα - Account Deletion Request.
Include your registered email address or user ID in the email body.

What happens next: Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your authentication record, saved favorites, and cloud data within 30 days. Anonymous crash logs and aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained for security and debugging purposes.

6. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

7. Security

All data transmitted between the app and external services is encrypted in transit using standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.
